Pedometer
No wonder I'm so freaking tired when I come home from work in the morning... According to my pedometer, just making my normal rounds, I walked 2 miles last night. 5000 steps or thereabouts. My doctor wants me to double that. I don't see it happening. There is not enough time in my day to walk 4 miles.
