Squeeee!!!

The wonderful Clare Bell sent me a signed proof of her new book, Ratha's Courage. I am in happy-nekkid-Pagan-dance land right now. Cannot wait to sit down & read it, and conveniently, I have tomorrow off so if I'm a very good, diligent student & can finish my latest chapter in A+, I will let myself read it. Rob will be butt-hurt because he bought me HP, but Ratha's Courage has a deadline on it as the author is trying to garner more interest in it to assure it being published.

I just don't have a very big 'net-print, really. Some folks I know are like, everywhere online. They have forums & BBS's & they're on Facebook & MySpace & OKCupid, but I ended a lot of my accounts because I didn't have the time to keep up w/it all. Even when Amazon asks me to review this or that book that I've bought, I just don't have the time, plain & simple. I can't even keep my own geocitie's website updated (the Aladdin is still The Aladdin & not Planet Hollywood, and I think the Stardust is still on there, too), let alone a gazillion online profiles & questionnaires & then everyone expects me to post on their profiles because they spammed mine w/dirty comics & bad jokes. Gah!

Ah well. Gonna go make myself a bowl of rocky road ice cream. My diet was doomed from October 1st til October 31st, mwuhahaha!!!
