Oh, Really?

Apparently, somewhere along the line, my marriage became monogamous. Somehow, I never received the memo. I think my husband is going to be receiving some feedback on this matter shortly.

He dragged a household worth of furniture home from some old lady who is moving to Texas. I was not consulted on the matter in any great detail. He is trying to set up a 'workshop', and I was just going to let him do his thing, but I'm not feeling quite so generous anymore.

In fact, I am slightly annoyed.

Battle Plans

I've been meandering around the thought of 'Fit by 40'. Losing 25lbs a year for the next four years so when I hit 40, I'll be at a target weight of 150lbs.

I've added a new word to that. 'Fit by 40... and Free'.

If the casino picks me up as a steady extra I think I'm going to lose myself in the pure insanity that is two full-time jobs. I should have an answer on that by the end of the week. I'm sure I can finagle either a leave of absence or some vacation time from the County if the casino wants me to train a week or two on day shift, or possibly talk them into letting me get my refresher course on swing or grave. I've already decided that my next 5 years worth of tax returns are going straight into my student loan.

I already feel as if I'm starting to weave a cocoon.
