OMFG! Ratha's back!!!

I was invited via mass mail to be on an author's amazon.com 'Friends' list, which is not a big deal in & of itself - I think I'm on Stephen King's Friends list over there, too... but what is the big deal is that this particular author, Clare Bell, wrote the Ratha series (Ratha's Creature, Clan Ground, Ratha & Thistle-Chaser & Ratha's Challenge) and she's putting out a new book - Ratha's Courage, due out in July. It's her first Ratha story since 1994.

I am, of course, going to have to order all of the new bindings, plus the new book. I've got a mis-matched set right now, and it took me a long time to get all four books - without half & amazon, it would have been nigh-impossible considering how long they've been out of print.

It will probably make me uncomfortable but I have a secret hope that Ratha & Thakur hook up.

Thanks for your entry about Ratha and the Named gang. I just wanted to let you know (update) that Viking will be releasing Ratha's Courage in October.
The first two reprints appear in July, then the next two plus the new book.
As for Ratha and Thakur, keep hoping...
