What's worse is that they call my cell & leave a voicemail - they don't call the house phone or my husband's cell to confirm their suspicion that I didn't get the x-ray done or anything.

Yeah, so this doctor is well-recommended and on my insurance, but if that's how she's going to treat patients...

All I can say is that if I call Monday & they can get me in on Tuesday morning, all might be forgiven. If not, every single doctor review site is going to hear from me.
