Doooood... WTF?!
I just got hit with a major acid reflux attack.
At least, I think that's what it was, because it's definitely not something that's happened to me before. I was soundly sleeping & woke upbreathing choking on fire. Whatever I ate that triggered it was an unnatural shade of orange, which leaves me suspecting the Macho Steak Nachos I had from Del Taco for dinner. I think I inhaled some of the acid, too, because I was coughing while burping up more fire. Rob started freaking out because the last time anything bizarre like this happened to me landed me in the hospital & because Rob started freaking out, the dog started freaking out.
All I can say is, thank the Gods for club soda! I almost wish I was in 5th grade though, because I am letting out some truly epic burps - not only could I burp the alphabet, I could make a pretty good attempt at burping all 50 states :D
