Yeah, one of those, "well, if it happens again, let us know". I've got a follow up at the end of Nov - the doc may still send me for a CAT scan or something. It's possible that I actually passed a gallstone or two :P

I'm probably going to start a food diary, see if the symptoms come back when I eat certain types of foods. I just didn't eat anything out of the ordinary when it happened.

Food diary is a good idea though. Maybe it was something past it's useby date? But honestly, from your symptoms, it seemed way more major than that. Maybe your gallbladder is just really fickle?

I just hate not knowing wtf happened - all I know for sure is what it's not. I was also kind of hoping for like, 3 weeks leave of absence from work. Grrr, bad stomach, denying me an unwarranted vacation. How dare it!
