What Next? Godzilla?

I think the earth is trying to wipe Japan off the globe.

Earthquake, tsunami & now a volcano.

Shinmoedake volcano erupts

In other news, I hate when I over-sleep. Went to bed this morning around 10, my alarm went off at 4, I killed it & went back to sleep til around 6, woke up long enough to feel grumpy about how hot my bed was & then woke up at 8 with that "oh, fuck" feeling.

I dreamed, though, probably because I've been taking larger doses of Elavil to get over my daylight savings insomnia. Something about running into people I knew from high school but did not recognize.

volcanoes and earthquakes go hand in hand.

There have actually been quite a few volcanic eruptions and volcanic activity since all the earthquakes (and earthquakes because of volcanic activity). There's Shinmoedake in Japan which is active for the first time after 52 years, Karangetang in Indonesia which erupted on Friday (they're still evacuating), Mt Bromo in East Java has shown consecutive eruptions the past few days and their status is on 'standby' and two volcanoes in Russia the past few days (though reports have been vague).

Likely volcanic activity will increase all of this year anyway; since volcanoes can take months to have really noticeable activity after earthquakes (even if the changes are starting now.) Which is kind of the scariest part.

I hate oversleeping too. It sucks. It's a unique kind of grogginess.
