I've been maintaining a fairly high mood these past few months. Felt fine, took the dog for a walk, came home & the tsunami hit me. Oh, hello depression, I've missed you. Glad to have the ol' black dog around again.

I think after Rob goes to bed I'm going to sit here w/my headphones on and get drunk.
