Re: Omega 3/6 fatty acid combo gelcaps

Some advice from the experienced: Don't bite into Omega 3/6 Combo Fatty Acid Gelcap Supplements. It's a bad thing. I'm thinking to myself, "Gee, what do these actually taste like?" So, like the explorative orally fixated American that I am, I bit into it. And got squirted in the face w/fish oil. If I had any doubts about the authenticity of the oil contained in said gelcaps, I don't anymore. It may or may not be salmon & tuna like the bottle says, but it sure tastes like tuna.
On a better note, International Coffee Non-Dairy Creamer has a new "Southern Butter Pecan" flavor that tastes just like Pecan Praline ice cream from Baskin Robbins. It is sooooo good in my java this morning.
Rob had an encounter w/Jeff... Jeff struck up a conversation about his kids, showing Rob the photos he had, & Rob was himself, as usual. I feel bad for Jeff because I wasn't there to mediate the scene... I don't like leaving Rob alone in public places where people know me for that specific reason. Oh well, I'll hear about it tonight, I'm sure.
