No Sex, No Sleep, No Booze

I've been sitting here thinking to myself what a life w/out sex would be like. The particular infection I'm inflicted with has a high rate of recurrence, especially when it comes to making sweeping lifestyle changes. Once you've got it, it's your friend for life apparently. So I sent Rob off to the GP we've got to get tested - not that men can really get this crap, but just in case... so now we've got even more antibiotics between us. I really hate antibiotic therapy. I like the idea of fighting off my own uglies. But in this particular case, my uglies are really really ugly. So I've decided I'm going to stop taking the doxycycline for my acne. I'll keep using the clindamycin, even though I'm all broke out anyway. It's probably not working anymore.

Rob saw an ad a few days ago for something that actually shocked & disgusted me beyond any other thing I've heard of, seen or done. I think it's possibly nastier than my personal bacteria farm. There's a service here in town that rents out blow-up love dolls. Ew. Big ew. Talk about yer sloppy seconds. I mean, yeah, a rubber woman is probably easier to disinfect than a fleshy woman, but still - would any man actually want to use a used lovedoll? Obviously there was an unfilled marketing niche that had yet to be capitalized on... but damn - rental blow-up dolls. ::::shudder:::

Rob also saw a head in the road this morning. He was driving merrily up Lake Mead & saw what appeared to be a human head on a pole laying in the middle of the road. So he backs up, which was witnessed by a cop going the other direction. The cop looked at what made Rob back up suddenly on a major thoroughfare & almost wrecked. The cop was obviously more concerned w/the head than Rob's traffic violation. It turned out to be a wigged & made-up mannequin head. I would have still loved to seen the cop's expression.
