I thought it was fucking hilarious because I, like everyone else, enjoy The Doors. Bwahahahaha!!! I figured among the mostly younger ljers I'm surrounded by, no one would even remember The Doors. Kind of like tonight, on The Simpsons, one of the episodes featured an Army recruiting movie w/a band of Army guys playing guitars, & I realized the tune was Led Zeppelin's Communication Breakdown. I felt very old at that moment. I may have to update the musical tastes on my interest list :P - I've been embarrassed into change, gah! I am also verbose - in other words, I write really long meandering sentences that wander off into tangents and so on & so forth.
You know why I don't blog much about the state of the Universe? Because I have finally come to the conclusion that the world is what it is. Whatever we've created, whatever was here before us, and whatever will be here after us, is what is supposed to be here. And I have to live here, so what's the point of complaining about things I cannot change? In sublime moments, moments of clarity and deep thought, I understand that the world and everything in it is not only perfect, it is Divine. You, me, Rob, all my coworkers and management, my neighbors, your neighbors, the dogs, the cats, the cows, the bacteria & viruses and amoeba... everything is perfect and Divine.
(On another note, Rob did get me Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows :D Squee!)
