It's probably where you live, sad to say. We always used to have cable problems when we were over there off of Trop & Decatur. Being close to Summerlin has its fringe benefits - newer, upgraded cabling on the main lines.
It just had me beating my head on the wall, really. I think next semester I'm going to take a Linux class or two so we can be free of Microsoft's eternal bondage.
