Accounts payable isn't a negative until you pay it. Before then, it's still money you have in hand, even though you owe someone.
Kind of like how we're calculating our vacant rooms now.
House Count - Actual Occupied - Out of Order Rms - Off the Market Rms - Forfeit Deposits - Pick/Ups = Vacant Rooms. If there are rooms to be adjusted from the OOO's & OTM's, they're already accounted for in the house count. Which, for the Ex as the 3rd largest hotel on the Strip, is 3990 rooms.
The accounting professor is someone I think I can actually deal w/for 3 months.
