Stuff

Well, Rob's got no lump, but he possibly has 'testicular torsion' - his right nut is twisted on its cords and sitting upside down. It's not healthy for a man's balls at all. So he's on 'restricted duty' til he gets put through the ringer of tests & possible surgery. Apparently, men w/vasectomies are susceptible to a whole plethora of testicular troubles - epidydimitis, torsion, tumors, blood clots, cysts, hydroceles, varicoceles, etc & so forth, along w/bladder infections, stones, kidney stones. Sheesh. But, at least what he was feeling wasn't a lump, it was probably a clot or blockage.

(I love that line out of the Simson's - Homer's buying a large firework & the salesman tells him: 'Celebrate your nation's independence by blowing up a small part of it.')

There's a song that's been playing incessantly on the radio & VH1 - Natasha Beddingfield, something about 'your book is still unwritten'. It's very symbolic of how dead & jaded I am inside. At one time, songs like that would have uplifted & inspired me. Now I just smack hysterically at the tuning buttons to change the station.
