I got a phone call from the DA's office. I'm being offered a full-time LOA (legal office aide) position with their IT department, contingent on me passing a background check.

Woot!

Now I'm just waiting for the background-check waiver e-mail to arrive. Hopefully it will get to my inbox before I go to work so I can fax it back to her from work :P

Thankees! Cox ate my waiver e-mail, so I'm going downtown to sign it. I'm all excited. I just hope the DA's background check isn't as detailed as Metro's was :{
