Chelsie went to the vet today - tested negative for parvo, which was my biggest worry. They took some x-rays, no obstructions. They gave her some antibiotics & a sample can of gastro dog food & we'll get the more detailed results tomorrow. Hopefully it's some kind of bacterial overgrowth or something & not one of the other potential parasites. Poor ol' Rob was at the vet for 2 1/2 hours this afternoon.

The things we do for luff...

yay for no parvo.

I'm glad poor old Chelsie is getting care and that nothing too major has been diagnosed. I will keep my fingers crossed that it's something relatively simple to fix. *hugs*

Yeah, she's parasite free, which also means no giardia. It could be coronavirus, which isn't that dangerous to a dog her age, or it could be e. coli...

It could be the fact that she's been chewing stucco off the wall outside - her phosphorous & potassium levels are a little bit high. Rob caught her in the act one morning, so no more leaving the dog outside unattended. >:(
