Yes, it should be a joint decision. However I was left out of some important meetings or memos or something.

I don't care if he has sex with other people. Personally, the man could use more practice, but that's neither here nor there.

I've decided I'm just going to give up on all this & start drinking again. I don't even know why I stopped.

He feels guilty about not wanting to let me have sex with other men (me having sex with other women is fine, of course - go figure... my hormones just don't have me wanting tits in my face right now) so he doesn't feel he deserves the permission slip.
